PLEASE READ OUR POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

By making a purchase on NOIRÉ X, you agree to the terms outlined in our policies. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review the following guidelines before completing your order.

  • Billing & Shipping Address: Your billing and shipping addresses must match. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card. If the billing information does not match, your payment will not be processed. In the event of a declined transaction, any pending charge you see is simply an authorization attempt and will automatically be removed by your bank.

  • Order Accuracy: Double-check your items, lengths, and quantities before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be modified or changed after payment is submitted. All sales are final.

  • Order Cancellation: If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order will be canceled.

Order Processing Times

Please allow up to 7-14 Business Days to process your order BEFORE shipping out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday only. (If you ordered on Fri-Sun, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.

 

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking information via email or text once your order has shipped.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders with a subtotal of $500 or more.

Orders will not be processed over weekends or national holidays. If you need your package for a special event, please order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once it has shipped using the provided tracking number.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • NOIRÉ X is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, you must file a claim directly with USPS.

  • If an order is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, NOIRÉ X will not issue refunds or replacements.
