Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges.
Under federal law, it is prohibited to return human hair products that have been used or altered in any manner. In order to maintain compliance with hygiene standards, we must adhere to these strict policies.
Exchanges are only permitted if there has been a mistake on our behalf such as receiving the wrong items.
Exchanges must be made within 7 days after you have received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, and with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please provide a clear explanation of the issue and, if possible, include supporting images.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect it for eligibility based on the stated reasons and process accordingly.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DEADLINE: No returns/exchanges are accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
